Return & Refund Policy
At Deepali Lifesciences, we adhere strictly to pharmaceutical quality standards and healthcare regulations. Please review our compliance-driven guidelines for order cancellations and return handling.
1. Order Revocation
Purchase orders can be revoked within **2 hours** of formal placement or prior to dispatch from our fulfillment facility (whichever is earlier). Once a batch has been assigned and initialized for logistical transport, cancellation is legally restricted due to regulatory tracking codes.
2. Non-Returnable Formulations
Due to health safety laws and strict pharmaceutical storage regulations, medical formulations are **strictly non-returnable** once the primary container, protective cap wrap, or outer sterile vacuum-seal has been broken or tampered with.
3. Transit Discrepancies & Damage
If a consignment arrives physically compromised or exhibits a batch composition error, notify our audit desk within **24 hours** of delivery. A mandatory, continuous **unboxing video** and high-resolution photographs of the damaged container must be provided to validate batch-replacement tracking.
4. Reconciliation & Credit Timeline
Approved adjustments will follow an operational audit and be resolved within **5-7 business days**. Verified credits will reverse directly back to the primary settlement source (authorized UPI, credit banking pipeline, or originating bank profile).
5. Reverse Chain Logistics
For verified and approved returns, Deepali Lifesciences will coordinate reverse logistics using certified cargo handling. If compliant reverse-logistics are unavailable in your location, we will compensate shipping outlays upon safe product return and secondary batch check.
6. Quality Assurance & GMP Compliance
We are fundamentally committed to maintaining strict **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** protocols. If any batch fails to meet established chemical composition or structural specifications, reach out to our pharmacovigilance office for a formal resolution.
